Developed and published by the Management Resource Group (MRG)
in Maine, the LEA is a highly flexible, internationally normed,
continuously updated tool for diagnosing and improving leadership
behavior. SSP uses the LEA and related products in our executive
coaching and senior transition coaching practices.
