Mike Broscio

Mike plays a dual role at SSP - he helps lead the firm's healthcare industry practice and manages the Chicago consulting office. His 14 years of experience leading Career Decision Inc., a national career management practice that was a subsidiary of the American College of Healthcare Executives until 1994, helps ensure his success in these critical roles.

Along with the experience of providing career transition services to hundreds of executives, Mike also worked in Human Resources with Continental Bank, has developed an award winning interviewing skills training video, and was selected by the US Government to develop services for downsized medical service corps personnel.

He is well known for his compassion and thoroughness, and for his extensive network, especially in the health care community.

Mike received a M.Ed. in Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology from DePaul University, and served as a director of career planning and placement there.

He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a certified member (CHC) of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants (AAHC). He has written numerous magazine articles on career issues.
