Judith Kennedy

Judy leads SSP’s (SSP) job development activities on projects and downsizings, as well as providing individual counseling and coordination of SSP’s Career Management Orientation process.

Judy has over twenty years of experience managing human resources functions with a variety of large public and middle market private organizations in Chicago. She has extensive experience in recruitment, assessment, employee relations, and benefits and compensation administration. She has also worked as an independent consultant for service and manufacturing organizations.

With four years of career counseling and outplacement experience, Judy has worked on a wide variety of closings and downsizings, including in locations throughout the US. She conducts workshops and individual follow-up consulting to ensure successful transitions for employees at all levels.

Judy has a BA from Loyola University.
