Harriett Sinclair 
Harriett Sinclair has more than seven years of corporate and independent business experience in career planning, training and development for individuals of all ages. She has designed materials and conducted workshops and seminars for employees on all levels, with an emphasis on change management and effective employment strategies.
Harriett is a successful business owner and entrepreneur. She is the founder of Sinclair Solutions, a highly respected consulting firm specializing in human resource consulting, training and development. Previously, Harriett was Manager of Business Development for the international career consultants, Lee Hecht Harrison. She worked with LHH client organizations in designing innovative programs and insuring quality of service delivery. As Manager of Training and Development for INROADS/St. Louis, she wrote curricula and facilitated workshops in areas such as leadership skill development, team building, job interviewing techniques and effective time management. She led recruitment, training, assessment, counseling and coaching activities for over 300 high school and college students annually in job readiness and workplace etiquette. Harriett has had over fifteen years of field sales and marketing experience throughout the Midwest and national account management success for 3M Company, Honeywell and XEROX.
Ms. Sinclair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Harris-Stowe State College. She has continued her studies through a wide variety of educational channels. Certified as a trainer by National Seminars and Achieve Global, additional course work includes, among other subjects, Microsoft computer training; Dealing with Difficult People; Effective Presentation Skills and “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.” She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, the International Society for Performance Improvement and the National Human Resources Association. |
