Cynthia Vivian

Cynthia Vivian brings unique and diversified business experience to SSP with over twenty years of finance, operations, plant and corporate human resources experience with Fortune 500 companies and three years in a non-profit organization focusing on cultural and organizational change. The elements of her background combine to offer executive coaching, career development and job transition clients a broad perspective of what is possible in the world of work today.

Starting in finance and operations with Mobil Oil in New York and Chicago, Cynthia made a successful change into human resources at Quaker Oats eventually assuming the top HR role at Tribune Broadcasting and HR Officer for a $11 billion pension management fund.

Cynthia’s experience includes such key initiatives as building leadership development and training programs for senior managers, facilitating and leading change in corporate culture, working with Board of Directors, designing retention programs, managing large scale corporate restructurings and downsizings, integrating acquisitions and implementing compensation programs.

Currently, Cynthia’s portfolio covers leading career development workshops using SSP’s Q5 Framework, providing individual coaching to high value employees, and supporting executives in transition.

Cynthia holds a MSIR from Loyola University and a BSBA from Roosevelt University.
